As a successful fine dining restaurant operator, Executive Chef and Owner Joshua Spangler, knows what it takes to delivery quality food. Having served foreign dignitaries, high profile celebrities, and even a former Vice-President, Chef Josh has honed his culinary skills in several locations in Arlington, Virginia, Naples, Florida, and Houston, Texas.
While working for M&S of Landry's, Inc. Chef Joshua was appointed to the Culinary Council, a hand-picked group of chefs assigned with developing new menus for the entire concept. He also had the opportunity to cook on live television with Great Day Washington!
Years of culinary training have given Chef Josh an expansive set of skills ranging from breaking down whole fish to dabbling in molecular gastronomy! Now, after hanging up his professional kitchen apron, Chef Joshua wants to bring his culinary expertise straight to your kitchen table. Passionate about great food, Chef Joshua founded Copper & Thyme Kitchen with the idea that every meal should be sensational! Of course, Chef Josh also realized that not everyone has the ability or the time needed to produce award winning dishes every night of the week. That's where Copper & Thyme Kitchen shines!
